Unlike holiday rentals the requirements for cleaning are minimal. However if the property has been empty for some time it will usually need cleaning. We have a number of honest and reliable people to do this work. |

We have contact with qualified designers who can advise on furnishings, colour schemes and inventory items suitable for rented properties. |

Interior Design |
|
Most long term tenants will require English television. If you do not have it installed we can arrange this for a fee or pass you on to the relevant contractor. The price and service in this sector varies greatly and we only use tried and tested professionals. |

Satellite TV |
|
From time to time small repairs and improvements will be required. We call on different trades people depending on the job and can arrange for a fee or point you in the right direction. You choose - the key is to get any repairs done quickly and efficiently. |

Security |
|
As an owner you will need to inform your insurance company that your property is rented out to ensure your policy remains valid. Most companies will not charge you extra. If your insurance company does, or you want a more competitive quote we can provide one. As a tenant you will need to ensure that all your personal possessions are adequately insured. |

Of course the best form of security is to deter the thief in the first place. From simply changing the door lock to security grills, safes and complete alarm systems. We have professional contractors on hand who are tried and trusted. |
